"Dr Rad and her back office assistants are great. They always made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease, however I am not happy with the way they handle their insurance claims. Sasha in the front office is said to be incharge of all billing issues, and was very rude to me infront of my daughter when I demanded a refund because they did not charge my insurance but charged me instead! All 3 times my daughter went to their office I had a payment of over $50- $80 when I should have had NONE. After talking with my insurance company I was told they never once billed the insurance and I should never have any out of pocket payments. After over 2 hours at their office I was told that they had "terminated" us.... all because I did not want to pay out of pocket and sasha was too lazy to bill my insurance. Next step, the BBB!"
