"We had 3 consultations by orthodontists and Dr Tings was the most acceptable to us. One doctor wanted to do nothing and wait and mabey have to break his jaw later and another wanted to wait for 5 years. Dr Tings plan was immediate and quick and had wonderful results. 2 years later and my son has perfect teeth and a great smile. The orignal plan was for a second phase, but there might not even be a need for it. His teeth look great.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Ting is kid friendly and very informative.
In his office you can play video games while you wait, eat fresh baked cookies. Earn Ting Bucks to turn in for awesome prizes. We love Dr Ting and would suggest him to all of our friends and family. "

"Dr. Ting and staff are Terrific! From a parental perspective, you will be pleased with how Dr. Ting interacts with your child to make him/her feel comfortable. During most visits I would sit in the back ( I was always welcome to do so) & was amazed at how many kids smiled during their visit. Dr. Ting is patient and willing to listen to your child, looking and talking directly to them. You will feel your time and money well spent. Dr. Ting also does excellent work and does not rush the process; he makes recommendations on the child’s behalf & health, (something I truly appreciated). The office environment is comfortable and child friendly. I would highly, 200% ++ recommend Dr. Ting."
"My overall experience was pretty good, except that when I had to get metal bands on my back molars, it was very painful. it has taken about a week for me to be able to eat normally. I don't believe that this was their fault,however, it somewhat tainted my visit."
