"Dr. Rostami for almost seven years. Dr. Rostami will take as much time as needed to explain what the issues are, the different treatment options and the possible outcomes. I actually have a pain-free small cavity that he refuses to fill because there is no reason to at this time. Instead, his concern is my gum health (and rightfully so, I researched it online and my symptoms match his diagnosis and recommended treatment plan). Recently, I had $1200 let in a flex health care account that I was going to lose if i didn't spend right away. We talked about how to best spend it (I could buy four invisalign retainers for when my current one wears out, etc) but he wanted to get a better look to see if there was anything else I needed more. He had his assistant take hi def photos of all of my teeth and mouth and immediately stated I needed a particular procedure, but he doesn't do that procedure. He called a dental surgeon and convinced her to fit me in three days later so i wouldn't lose the money (I had to fly out of state that third day). He could have easily convinced me to get treatments that I didn't need or those retainers so he could pocket the money himself. Instead, he made sure that I used the money to best benefit my dental health. Then he called me after the surgery to make sure I was okay and to advise me on after care and answer all of my questions. They will work really hard to see you around your schedule, and if you show up on the wrong day they will try to fit you in. I strongly believe that Dr. Rostami is motivated purely by trying to provide the best care possible. He often kindly guides me to swish with salt water and floss because he believes these to be very cheap and effective dental care options. I only wish my medical doctor was as invested in my health and well-being."

"I will start off by saying simply that Dr. Rostami is not just the finest dentist i've ever known, but as fine a doctor as i've ever known. I first came to Dr. Rostami when i was in a world of pain, suffering from tri-geminal neuralgia, an affliction that few know anything about, and fewer still have ever heard of. The one thing, and i mean the one thing every website agrees on is that it is,"among the most, if not THE severe pain known to mankind". Over the next few months, extensive treatment, from cleaning out old amalgam fillings, to crowns, to root canals, to implants, i experienced care that was comforting, reassuring, expert and, most importantly of all, successful. I have been pain free and cured for almost five years. I should state that a cure is almost never forthcoming with this awful disease, and i've known several others who suffer constantly from it. I even met a woman who has been married for twenty tears but has never been able to kiss her husband due to the extraordinary pain the disease causes here. Dr. Rostami has a great personality, and it is always obvious how much he cares about his patients. I have never received anything but the most expert care from the doctor, and his excellent staff. I tell those who ask: he saved my life, and that is no exaggeration. No one loves going to the dentist but i assure you when you are in Dr. Rostami's chair, pain and discomfort are almost non-existent, and a full cure is imminent. I feel incredibly lucky to have found him when i did, and i continue to feel the same way to this day. "

" The accident was really a shock for me. I don't like doctors (dentists, even worse -till now!-), and luckily for me till now doctors were seldom needed. When i arrived at the clinic, bloody and with the front teeth broken (i could not recognise myself at all) and in pain, i was terrified and close to hysteria, even more shocked that i was in a foreign country. However, Dr Rostami and his team immediately came by my side, soothing me, tending me with care, examining me carefully and efficiently. I was really very lucky to be in their hands, they did miracles for me as not only they had my teeth fixed (and that in 2 days, as i was travelling back Greece) perfectly and without making me suffer, but they also did a lot more than just their "job", suturing my lip which was in bad form and bleeding, and cleaning and taking care of my wounds. I am really gratefull to all the team and especially to Dr Rostami, who stood by me and gained my trust, making me recover, calming me and explaining all the time what he was doing, taking away the pain and making me again "me".His job was really excellent, no one can see absolutely any change in my teeth, and seing from the xrays how they were broken it now seems really a miracle! I will never forget what the Dr and his team did for me, caring so much, even sparing their lunch time and altering their schedule and working late to help me recover and go back home "whole" and well, and not "in pieces" and in pain. Now i am recovering really quickly, and i really wish i could visit LA so often as to have Dr Rostami as my permanent dentist, his care and efficient worth and integrity are things you really can't find today. Excellent work from "excellent" -with heart and care- persons, that will always be in my heart. The words "thank you" just will be never enough!"

"I have always been uncomfortable going to dental offices since I was very young. However, my experience at Brentwood Dental Group has been different. Since the first time I went to Brentwood Dental, their friendly staff always greets me into their office and helps me with the paperwork. I am always impressed by how patiently Doctor Rostami listents to my concerns, and tries to explain what procedure he will be doing before he begins. Several times the doctor has explained how he will try to keep a tooth alive, rather than performing a more expensive root canal, and I can tell how he genuinely cares for my health and well being."

"Experience was extremely pleasant. I had consulted with a few cosmetic dentists in the area and knew exactly what I needed done and what I was getting myself into. I chose Dr. Rostami because he was intelligible, friendly and offered the best price for his service. I was not displeased with my decision. Better yet, I was very content with my choice to go with Dr. Rostami. His staff was extremely friendly, he was always on time and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. I think that's the most important because if you have doubts of any kind, you will start second guessing and it becomes a mess. Dr. Rostami did his best to make me feel important and his attention to detail was impeccable. Would definitely recommend to anyone else. As a matter of fact, I already have! "

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is a junction of bones and ligaments located on each side of your head that allows movement of your jaw for speaking and chewing. The name TMJ comes from the two bones that enter its formation, the temporal bone and the mandible (also known as the jawbone). If you position your fingers in front of your ears and slowly open your mouth, you can feel your TMJ and its movement. Try it!
