"Lack of attention to detail led to large spaces between a four tooth bridge and the teeth bordering the bridge. There is no detail at all on the bridge itself. I went to Dr. Anderson on the recommendation that he specialized in cosmetic dentistry. The bridge is very unnatural looking and makes for a very embarrassing smile. After much discussion with Dr. Anderson, his unwillingness or inability to correct the problems has given me no choice but to start over with another dentist after the expense of $10,000.00."

"dentist and assistant were good. Office staff did not communicate to them that a tooth had been chipped and that was the reason for the visit vs. coming in for a procedure for 2 teeth. Also, I had to ask that my insurance be billed for this, a pre-op was done but now the tooth had chipped so to me I wanted them billed in hopes they would pay. Crown feels good but a lot of residue was left around the bottom gum area so a more thorough rinsing may be needed next time."

"Iam afraid of the dentest so when i started to get pain in my teeth and noticed swelling i started looking for a dentest that was covered in my insurance plan, most of which are some kind of dental school release program or something. I found Dr. Anderson and it wasn't one of my primery dentest, which means i have to pay more out of pocket. I knew i had a great place just off the first visit for my consultation cause everyone was so helpful and nice.When i came in to get the work done i was very nervous and tense for the first shot that numbs the area. Dr. Anderson does something with you cheek and jiggles it so you dont even feel the needle.(that was a first for me) Dr. Anderso was very gental and understanding to you as a patient. Always making sure your comfortable at all times and in no discomfort..... Despite getting beat up by his staff baring rolled up magazines tring to kill a fly that was pestering the doc as he worked his magic,(j/k) I would 110% recomend Dr. Anderson to all......."

"From the time I made my first appointment, I was made to feel comfortable. The office set me up with a discount plan, which really helped me as I am a cash customer. They are all curtious and the prevailling atmosphere is one of calm. My nervousness and apprehension all disipated with the first visit.

I had two different hygenists. Both were very skilled and gentle. Everything was explained to me and I had no pain after leaving the office.

"After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I (foolishly) stopped going to the dentist at all for over six years. When I finally came to Vineyard Dental Group, my teeth were a mess. They needed straightening, crowns, implants, etc. From the very beginning, I was treated with kindness and respect. I felt very comfortable right away. There were no long lectures about my previous neglect; the focus was on what can we do to correct the problems and how to prevent future problems.

Before each procedure, Dr. Anderson thoroughly explained the different treatment options. I was always informed of the cost upfront and explained what was covered by my insurance so there were never any surprises there.

During the procedures, I always felt very relaxed. Dr. Anderson and his staff work very efficiently and cheerfully together which definitely makes the visit less stressful. It was clear that my comfort was a priority and anytime I felt any pain, everything stopped until I was numb and ready to begin again. The amount of worked I needed required several visits but I only used the nitrous oxide for the first couple visits. After that my trust and confidence were so high that I didn't feel any anxiety about the visits.

Dr. Anderson is clearly a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work with good reason. My teeth have never looked better and more importantly have never been healthier. My deepest thanks go to Dr. Anderson!
