"My experience with the staff and Dr. was excellent. I feel confident I will be very pleased with the results. I had a tummy tuck and lipo to hips and thighs. I spent the night at the facility due to the tummy tuck and the night nurses were great and were always very prompt when I needed them. I am only post-op day 2, and having a lot of pain, but that is to be expected. The staff and Dr. were very informative in preparing me with what to expect. I would recommend Dr Patronella to any of my friends wanting some work done. I did a lot of research and he is the best in town!!! I am also an OR nurse so I know what to look for and that he is one of the BEST!! They also send a home health nurse to your home to teach you your dressing changes and answer any questions. This is a very nice touch to complete recovery, and that they are continuing to care for their patients even when they go home."

The get well card and the flowers following surgery were a lovely touch. I also appreciate that the nurse came to my home the day after my surgery to see how I was doing.

"My appt was rescheduled with consideration from the staff that I was only in town for a few days, they were very attentive in making sure I got in even though I'm sure there were a lot of cancelled appts on the snow day.

This is one of the things I love about Patonella and his team. They orchestrate the office like a fine oiled machine. No one misses a beat and the best thing is that I have been taken care on a few occasions in the past 13 years by some of the same staff that are still there today.

As a patient, you can see that Patronella must be as good at mangement and team building as he is at creating comfortable and aesthetically great surgical results. I feel like I am visiting family when I go there whether it is a surgical procedure or just a consult or follow up.
