"I had a BA in July of 2011 n as i was told I was a lil sore after....but before my procedure Dr.Newall came to say hi n assure me i would n fine which put me at ease. The staff at office and at the surgery center were great. Believe me if I felt unsafe I would of walked right out. I went back after procedure for post op followup and everything was perfect. Now this is funny to me, I started to feel like one of my implants was moving and completely started to go crazy just stating n calling the office, they were probebly thinking I was crazy but they made sure to fit me in ASAP and were so sweet about it. Dr.Newall saw me and completely assure me n explain to me what n why I felt that. Omg after that time I went back two other times for the same thing... I honestly think my mind was playing tricks on me. The last visit Dr.Newall came in and smile and just told me to relax and stop worrying because i was fine and I looked great! I agree and so dies everyone else...but after that visit whatever I thought i was feeling completely went away... I think I just needed that extra reassuring from him... I just wanted to day thank you to Dr.Newall and everyone in d office and the surgery center... I completely love my experience and would do it again... "
