Dr. Mullin is a native of the Bay Area, born in Berkeley in 1949. He’s an “ol’ Blue”, having attended Cal during the late sixties. Granted a degree in Biochemistry in 1972 he moved to on to Baltimore and received his D.D.S. degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland in 1976.
