"My son had ALL four of his wisdom teeth extracted last Friday....OUCH!!!!!! The blessing in this is a man of God pulled them. In all of my anxiety (b/c he was being put to sleep) Dr. Morris was kind enough to calm all of my fears, answer all of my questions, and lead us prayer. The procedure was completed in less than 30 minutes. My son has no pain (some discomfort), but NO pain. I will definitely recommend Dr. Morris to my family and friends."

"I was very impressed with the entire staff. They were genuine and friendly. They were very thorough in explaining how much my procedure would cost and what my insurance was paying. The Dr was great as well. I get panicky at the dentist and he asked if I was ready to proceed or if I was more comfortable scheduling another appointment. I actually was more comfortable coming back and was glad he offered. On my visit back the Dr and staff made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The Dr communicates with you the entire time.. what to expect, how much more work he has to do etc. He even has a cool playlist to help calm your nerves. I would go back again if I needed an oral surgeon."

"I want to take the time to recommend Dr. Morris to anyone who requires the services of an Oral Surgeon. My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extratced at the same time. Dr. Morris was so kind and gental with her from the initial visit through the surgery and recovery! He even came in on a holiday to check her when she developed an infection on one side. This man is truly a Godly doctor and I would highly recommend his services to anyone . My son will see him when the time comes to have his surgery in a few years!"

"Dr. Morris is GREAT. He makes you feel very comfortable and explains things. The nurses were also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The staff in the front office however were not very friendly. I called several times before my appointment to make sure they contacted my insurance and everything would be okay, they assured me they did, but then when I got there they called then. after the consultation I had to wait for them to call the insurance once again, and that took quite a while. In explaining the charges, they were not friendly and very impatient with my questions. 3 days after my wisdom teeth extraction I had concerns about one of the sides, the staff over the phone was rude, didn't listen, and non cooperative. I definitely recommend Dr. Morris, if only you didn't have to deal with the front office staff. Maybe staff in Sun City office are different?"

"I am always scared to see the dentist. I had my teeth cleaned and my dentist said I needed braces. But first, I had to have all my wisdom teeth removed. OMG! That was a scary thought for me. I KNOW there is no way I could be awake for that. My dentist referred me to a specialist, Darryl Morris DDS, so that he can put me to sleep while I get my teeth removed. Dr. Darryl Morris and his staff made me feel soooo comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and considerate of my feelings. They knew I was very nervous. I was sooo nervous I had tears. One of the staff, gave me a nice hug and told me that everything was going to be ok. Dr. Darryl was a total sweetheart. He spoke to me about my teeth and also put my nervousness at ease by sounding confident on everything he told me. I was in and out of there real fast. I was put to sleep and did not feel any pain at all. When I woke up my hubby was waiting for me and drove me home. I was given some pain killer meds. It's been a week and a half that I had all four teeth removed and I have not had any pain at all. Anyone who needs oral surgery, I totally recommend going to Dr. Darryl Morris. He makes you feel very comfortable and talks to you on a personal level. His staff is also nice and friendly, which makes his office visits even better! if I would have known having my wisdom teeth removed was actually nothing to worry about, nothing to be scared of, I would had them removed years ago. If I ever have to have oral surgery, I will NOT let anyone other than Dr. Darryl to be my surgeon. He is the best."

Wisdom Teeth and Dental Instruments | Darryl L. Morris | Oral Surgeon | Rialto, CA

Are we smarter if we keep our wisdom teeth? I don’t know about that, but “wisdom teeth,” or the third molars, usually come in at early adulthood, or when we enter the “age of wisdom.” Third molars can be impacted or never come down. Sometimes they erupt or come down, but there is usually not room to be part of the whole mouth. They can vary in size and rotation, which can make them difficult to clean. In the rare instance that these teeth can fit in the mouth... read more

Digital X-ray | Darryl L. Morris | Oral Surgeon | Rialto, CARadiographs, or X-rays, are used in every dental office. They are a great way to see the teeth and bones, and they make sure they are healthy. In the past, X-rays were taken using little pieces of covered film. They were placed in the mouth and exposed using an X-ray machine. They always jabbed inside the mouth and seemed to take forever to be processed. Well, those days are now behind us! In the new era of dentistry, dentists are using digital radiography. The same X-ray machine is used to... read more
