"..If you have been avoiding going to the dentist stop now and make an appointment with Dr. Meeker!!!... It was the best dental experience I have every had headsets and music as well..He is gentle and seems to love what he does. Q. Is it true that chocolate stains my teeth? If so, what's the best natural way to remove tooth stains?

A. Chocolate doesn't stain your teeth any more than coffee or tea. I would avoid using a more abrasive tooth polishing product at home however your dentist may have a "prophy jet" polishing machine that harmlessly blasts stain off the teeth using a baking soda type solution . It is like a sandblaster. Hope this helps.
