"..If you have been avoiding going to the dentist stop now and make an appointment with Dr. Meeker!!!... It was the best dental experience I have every had headsets and music as well..He is gentle and seems to love what he does. A. Chocolate doesn't stain your teeth any more than coffee or tea. I would avoid using a more abrasive tooth polishing product at home however your dentist may have a "prophy jet" polishing machine that harmlessly blasts stain off the teeth using a baking soda type solution . It is like a sandblaster. Hope this helps.
