"Dr. Marshall is a perfectionist and easy to communicate with. You walk in the door and you are totally relaxed seeing the beautiful fish in a huge tank on the counter and the nice warm fireplace. The receptionist, Kathy is friendly and helpful. I have been a patient for many years and feel secure in knowing that Dr. Marshall is always attending meetings and updating his practice with the latest implements to make my visit almost painless. I just had a new bridge put in and was able to watch a DVD of my choice from the video library in the office. I forgot all about the procedure and the time passed fast. The dental chair is very comfortable and has a seat pad that massages you. Dr. Lynn Marshall grows orchids as a hobby so the entire office is filled with different varieties of orchids. What color and beauty against sculptured walls and windows. I cannot say enough about Dr. Marshall's staff. Patricia is his Dental Assistant and is calming and caring. I also get my teeth cleaned twice a year by Michelle and my mouth is the healthiest it has ever been from the excellent professional work of the office staff working together. I remember years ago I never smiled as my teeth were always covered by my lips and I just grinned a little. Now that I have excellent service at Dr. Marshall's by both he and his wife as well as the staff I smile all the time. As you can see I am excited about visiting my dentist and his staff and never worry when I step inside this beautiful office knowing I will leave feeling like I had the best care a patient could ever get anywhere. Try this dentist and his wife. You will love them. Sincerely, Linda the smiling patient "

"I am a new patient who has seen you only 2 times during the past month. I wanted to thank you for your prompt attention to my dental problem and tell others who are looking for a wonderful dentist to take my recommendation to see you! My experience was rather unusual to start with, as I was an emergency who was not a patient of record. I was giving my large dog a bath in my bathtub when she decided she was done with it and she started to jump out of the tub. I lunged forward to grab her, missed the dog and hit my chin on the side of the tub, causing my front tooth to chip. I looked like a Jack-O-Lantern!! Being new to the Walnut Creek area, I immediately called a couple of my coworkers who recommended their own dentist to me............both of them recommended you! I immediately called your office. I explained my plight to the staff member and she seemed genuinely concerned about my problem and offered me a time that same day to come in and have you determine what the treatment would be. Luckily you said you would be able to repair the fractured area in one visit and I made an appointment for the very next day. The procedure was quite painless and looked perfect when it was completed. The staff members were all very friendly and seemed to be totally committed to attending to my needs. The office is very homey with an active fireplace and a beautiful aquarium. I felt so lucky to have gotten a great dentist with just one phone call and had my smile repaired within hours of the accident. The business office informed me my insurance would be billed that same day in my behalf. If you are needing a dentist for regular dental care or a devastating emergency please call Dr. Andrew Marshall."

Dental Implant | Andrew Marshall | Dentist | Walnut Creek CAWHY SHOULD I REPLACE A MISSING TOOTH?

Whatever the cause may be, the healthiest thing to do when an adult tooth is lost is have it replaced. Tooth loss, also known as Edentulism, may create several problems with a person's oral, as well as overall health. Nutrition may suffer, as foods that were once enjoyed may become too difficult to chew. Remaining teeth may suffer as well, as they have to bear the load of the missing tooth or teeth. This ends up straining and possibly damaging those... read more
