"I was scared to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The staff prepared me with the expectation and educated me. The front desk who booked my appointment was very patient with me, as I changed my appointment date three times before my actiual oral surgery. When I met Dr. Wang, he made me feel very comfortable and I was no longer afraid. I am 23 years old, and live in San Diego. My mother helped make the preop appointment for Pleasanton for me. The surgery went extremely smooth, and I recovered quickly. What I liked most, was the calmness, from the time I sat in the chair by the staff and Dr. Wang. This care settled my nerves. I most definitely would travel back to Dr. Wang's office for any other oral surgery or care that I may need in the future. Dr. Wang called my parents home and I spoke with the doctor directly. "I was scared to have my wisdom teeth removed. However, the atmosphere was relaxed from entry to facility to leaving. The staff is welcoming, understanding and ease any tension.

I was taken to have my x-ray done on my first day. Then, i watched a video on pros/cons and procedure. Then Dr Wang, related my teeth condition to the video. Then gave me opportunity for questions. His staff then booked me in for my wisdom teeth removal, gave me a price and all information on procedures.

On my second visit: teeth removal. Staff spoke me and made me comfortable. They then explained everything they were doing. I was put to sleep, woke up and didn't know what happened, as it did not hurt.

Day 1 to Day 3: No Pain.
Day 3: I healed quick and got dry socket. Called Dr Wang, appointment made for me same day. Had medical strip in.
Day 4: removal of strip.
Day 5: no more pain.

I had to have a back tooth pulled on my right side as the crown had cracked and the tooth became infected. While no one ever wants to have tooth pulled, I have to say that Dr. Wang did it in such a way that there wasnt much pain. I did have some bleeding and minor pain afterwards but it healed well. If the economy were better, Id go back to Dr. Wang for a tooth implant but Im a small biz owner and well the economy just isnt coming back strong. I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Wang and his team. Excellent all around!
