In fact I dreaded them. But Dr. Pasternak, his staff and the facility were really a joy. There was always a friendly smile, and genuine concern for my comfort and well being there in the office. "Great facility and staff. Short wait times. The only reason i would not go back is because i had to give up an arm and a leg for 1 xray and an antibiotic prescription. They charged me $120 dollars for 1 xray and an antibiotic prescription. That is just ridiculous! So i had to take my business to another dentist. If i had dental insurance i would go there, but for cash patients, forget about it!"

"I came in with three hot teeth to be extracted. The procedure started about 30 minutes later and was complete in 45 minutes. Jim took more time getting the suturing right than most doctors. Withing 6 hours the skin had stooped bleeding. I'd say that was excellent!

"I have had a problem with my lip, that really wasn't the problem I would usually go to a dentist for. But I mentioned it to Dr. Pasternak, and with his great instruments and technique, he was able to fix it. It was like a hemotmoma from a car accident I had 40 years ago. When it was sutured there was spot that would cause me a problem. It would bleed profusely when my lip got chapped. I thought I would have to go to a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon. He fixed it with a laser, with minimal pain and it is doing great. I thought I would have to deal with this the rest of my life. I strongly recommend Dr. Pasternak, and if there is something he can't take care of, he has no problem referring a patient to a specialist, because he has a wide network of dentists that he networks with."
