"Dr. Jim is very competent. He inspects and communicates and acts and you are in and out of the office in minimal time. I also like that Jim does not push dental services that are not a "must do." If he says I need to do something I trust him and will do it. But if it is optional or can wait until there is a real issue we talk about it and consider the options. I also like the "family" atmosphere with Teri and Shelby in the office. And the rest of the staff are cordial as well."

"I felt very comforted going to his office because I have been a patient since I was four. It is extremely comforting to be in the hands of a dentist who has been with me all my life. Their service has always been fast and reliable. The parking has been in abundance. I can't say that I like going to the dentist but I don't mind going to James E. Fitzgerald."
