Everyone on staff makes the process easy- Katie is great about friendly reminders and customizing the process for scheduling and confirming. Dr. Chen is one of the best health care providers I've ever known, in regard to his attention to detail, asking good questions and listening, and providing sound advice with the wellness of patients as his first and foremost agenda- not profit motive. He's made concerted efforts, with humor and kindness, to cajole my son to brush more and works gently with my daughter, who has difficulty with cleanings, due to high sensitivity. A recent trend I have found in trying to find a new dentist is that they are always trying to sell you on the most expensive procedures and not very nice about it.
