My only issue is with the appointment reminders. I have received a post card, a telephone call, several e-mail reminders and several text messages. Enough! I have never been late for an appointment, much less missed one in the years I have been a patient. (I have even come during snowstorms!)

I have talked to staff about this. I feel confident that there will be fewer reminders in the future.
