They tell you everything that there doing and have TV's with headphones that you can use while your being worked on to make you more comfortable. "The staff is professional, friendly, and most importantly honest. Changing over from Alpha Dental, located in Laguna Blvd., was a good move on my part. I must admit the first visit was disappointing since I expected a routine teeth cleaning. After the exam, it was determined I had a gum infection. The dentist and staff explained to me that it was in the early stage and I should correct it now.

Skeptical, I went ahead and agreed to the periodental cleaning and laser therapy. Cost was also a factor being that the insurance didn't cover the laser therapy. Vicki, the office manager, looked into my payment options. She listened to my concern and followed through with a deferred interest payment option.

Then there is Missi. Like many other reviews posted here I totally agree that Missi is the "BOMB!" She is professional, straight forward, attentive and honest. I love her enthusiam. I appreciated the step by step process especially when I would feel some discomfort after injecting the novicane in my gums. I was blown away with the camera technology. Being able to see before and after pictures of my teeth was very educating. I learned a lot today, from Missi. Then, to top it off, I knew Missi cared enough to get my gums back to the healthy stage when she worked around her schedule to fit meet in for my follow up visit since I only had a limited time frame to see her again.
