That means that we do NOT remove, deprecate, or alter verified patient reviews regardless of sponsorship status with DoctorBase.

Instead, we encourage healthcare providers to rectify dissatisfaction with patients directly through our online communication platform.

DoctorBase does not endorse one particular healthcare provider over another, nor do we accept 3rd party advertising on our website. We are always open to suggestions from both patients & healthcare providers and all sponsoring providers are
marked "sponsored" or use DoctorBase's interactive blogs and/or time-saving software tools.
